Do you only work in Mombasa?
Our on-site team covers Mombasa Island, Mainland and the immediate Coast region. For clients further afield, we handle remote diagnostics and software-related issues and can coordinate hardware work through trusted partners.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
For maintenance contract clients, we aim for same-day on-site response for critical failures during business hours. For non-contract clients, we typically respond within 24 hours depending on technician availability.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. We stock common consumables and components RAM, SSDs, print heads, common printer rollers, patch cables and UPS batteries. For less common parts we'll source and supply with transparent pricing.
Is it worth maintaining older equipment?
Depends on the device and its role. We'll give you an honest assessment sometimes a KSh 3,000 service call extends a machine's life by two years; other times replacement makes more economic sense. We'll tell you which is which.
