Most Mombasa businesses treat IT problems reactively they call someone when something breaks. We change that equation entirely. We monitor, manage and maintain your technology infrastructure so problems are caught and resolved before they ever affect your operations.
A server that crashes at 9am on a Monday is not a technical problem. It is a revenue problem. Staff sitting idle, customers unable to place orders, invoices that can't be processed, phone systems down the meter runs from the moment the system fails to the moment it's restored.
Most small and medium businesses in Mombasa run their IT the way they run old car engines they wait for the warning light. The problem with technology is that by the time the warning light appears, the engine has already seized.
We take a fundamentally different approach. Our managed IT service puts experienced eyes on your infrastructure around the clock. We catch the warning signs that your team doesn't know to look for, and we fix them quietly before you ever notice anything was wrong.
24/7 monitoring of your local area network, switches, routers and internet connectivity. We identify and resolve congestion, failures and security anomalies before they affect your team.
On-site and cloud server administration, patch management, performance tuning and health monitoring. Includes scheduled maintenance windows and capacity planning so you're never caught short.
Setup, migration and ongoing management of cloud resources on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. We right-size your cloud spend and ensure your data is accessible, backed up and properly secured.
Firewall configuration, antivirus policy, security audits and staff training. We take a layered approach to security that reflects the real threat landscape facing Mombasa businesses today.
Automated daily backups, offsite cloud replication and a tested recovery plan. When disaster strikes fire, flood, ransomware or human error you will be back online in hours, not weeks.
A real person answers when your staff call with IT problems. Remote and on-site support with documented SLAs and response times your business can actually rely on.
We spend time with your team, documenting every device, system and connection point. No assumptions we need to understand exactly what you have before we can protect it.
We present an honest assessment of your current infrastructure vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, quick wins and a clear 90-day plan to address them.
We install monitoring agents, configure alerting, set up backup systems and establish secure remote access. Your team feels nothing change except fewer problems.
Monthly reports, quarterly reviews and a dedicated account manager who knows your business. We grow our service as your business grows.
"We hadn't had a single unplanned outage in eight months. I didn't even realise WebScape had prevented three potential failures in that time until I read the monthly report."
Operations Manager, Mombasa logistics company
Do you work with businesses outside Mombasa?
Yes. We manage infrastructure remotely for clients across Kenya, and travel to Nairobi and Kisumu for on-site work when needed. Most of what we do, however, can be handled entirely remotely.
We already have an in-house IT person. Can you work alongside them?
Absolutely. Many of our clients have internal IT staff who handle day-to-day desktop support. We cover the infrastructure layer servers, backups, network security and act as senior technical resource when your team hits something complex.
How is managed IT different from just calling someone when something breaks?
Reactive IT is like only going to the doctor when you're already in hospital. Managed IT is preventive care we monitor, patch and optimise continuously, catching problems before they become outages. The result is fewer emergencies, lower long-term costs, and a team that actually trusts their technology.
What does it cost?
Our managed IT plans are priced per device per month. The actual figure depends on what you have and what level of support you need. We'll give you a clear quote after the initial audit no surprises, no hidden charges.
